We kick off this year's spring
edition with a lovely shot of a
sugar-crazed Sydney Toole on her
6th birthday.  We all got to see
Disney On Ice, as well as eat
popcorn and cupcakes.  Just in case
you can't tell by the crazed look on
Syd's face, this party rocked.
We had a great time at the show--they did a great job skating.
Then we got to do some birthday tailgating--yummy treats!!
Nothing beats a latte for breakfast (just kidding--it was milky).
Here I am relaxing on Laguna Beach.
After finishing my steamer, it was castle-building time.
Once I got it going, lots of kids came to help.
Of course, Mr. Choo Choo wasn't among them.
Before heading home, we grabbed a little mac 'n cheese action.
One night, the Breakalls came by for dinner while on vacation.
And here I am hunting eggs on Easter Sunday.
Here I am feeling very proud after the show.
This year's spring recital was "Schoolhouse Rock".  Very solid.
One weekend, we went to visit a prospective Sloshball field.
It had two nice fields and even a playground for us kids.
There at the park, I flew my very first kite.
And here I am making faces at our pool.
Here I am at Bigsy's favorite park--the Irvine Train Park.
While he's riding the train, I look for places to pose for dad.
No, we didn't need life jackets to ride the train.
This park also has these cool pedal boats that we can ride.
Man, this month was packed.  Here I am seeing The Wiggles.
We went with Harrison's family and had a real blast!!
What?  More action?  That's right, folks--field trip time.
Here I am with my school pals outside the Barclay Theater.
I got to attend my very first play--it was nice but a bit long.
C'mon, look at us--did you expect us to sit for 90 minutes?!
Well, since her zany antics kicked off this
fine month, we might as well bring her back
to finish things off.

Here's Syd performing a "dare" by putting a
carrot in her nose, one night when she was
over for dinner at our house.  Perfectly
executed, and a perfect 10, I might add.
