GetZoe.com Month 34
November/December 2001
Hey, it's finally time for the holidays.  I say we have some fun!!
I finally got to go to a Chargers game and actually
watch the action.  I also had a good time dragging
mom all over the stadium chasing birds and trash.
Even though I've been going to baseball games
since I was a baby, I've suddenly developed a fear
of fireworks.  I didn't like that Chargers cannon.
Here's our thanksgiving dinner--a bizarre mix of
traditional fare (pumpkin pie and yams) and
neuvo-Mexican (turkey tacos and cornhusker
pazole). I had a couple bites of my taco and then hit
the pumpkin pie and whipped cream pretty hard.
We went to Sean & T's to watch SC
beat UCLA 27-0.  It's the only day each
year that Daddy supports Milo's team.
After I wolfed down my 1/10th of a taco, I went right
back to my main job, which of course is to annoy
daddy by singing/screeching in front of the TV.
Then, it was time to work off that heavy meal and
do some strength conditioning at the park.  I can
hang from that bar for almost 6 seconds now!!
Once Thanksgiving is over, it's time to hit the
House of Mouse. Here I am with Hayley, waiting for
the awesome Disneyland Christmas Parade.
We love to eat potato chips and drive our parents
nuts.  "Hey mom, why don't you make yourself
useful and get me a corn dog or something".
"Hayley, I think I see someone really important way
back by the enchanted castle...and I don't even
know what "enchanted" means...yep, it's him!!"
After all my favorite characters danced by (and I
nearly teared up at the sight of my favorite, Snow
White), the big fella in red made an appearance.
I even got to spend some quality time with the jolly
old guy. When asked what I wanted for Christmas, I
told him "Santa".  Hey, you never know.
The main Christmas Tree on Main Street at
Disneyland is really big and the ornaments are
almost bigger than me.  Here I am with Mom.
Well that's it--another great month
in the books.  Come back soon,
because next month is sure to be
action packed.  We'll be hitting the
home stretch toward Christmas and
New Years and then gearing up for
the Buffs' national title run at the
Fiesta Bowl in Phoenix.  As I like to
tell Daddy, "Go Go CU!!"
And finally, here are some lovely shots of me and my pal,
Sydney at Harrison's birthday party.  Mouthfuls of cake,
pin-the-tail on the firetruck, pouting Syd, lots of good stuff.
