Finally, my favorite time of the year has
arrived--Halloween, Turkey Day and
Christmas (i.e., candy, pie and then back to
candy). Well, let's do this!!
As a veteran of exactly 83 photoshoots with Dad, I've got all the facial
expressions down pat. Here I am pouting profusely at Fashion Island.
Oh, yeah--Halloween. This year I dressed up
as my best pal, "Killy Kat".
Here I am with my good buds, Else and Sydney.
Sydney doesn't really have bright red hair.
Here's our monster pumpkin. It took Dad and
Big Al about half the day to carve this baby.
Before it got carved, I could climb
on top and hang out.
Scary face in the front and "Trick
or Treat" in the back. Cool!!
My first official trick-or-treat was next door at Zachy Boy's house. I scored some great candy.

Here I am hamming with my very
best bud at school, Miss Amber.
Here are some more ballet pics. This was the
day that Dad forgot to wash my pink tutu.
Miss Jan is a really good teacher and every
week we learn something new.
For Halloween, we learned to balance these
tiny pumpkins on our tiny heads.
"Hey CC, I think I pulled a hammie. Can you
tell Miss Jan that I'm gonna need some ice?"
Here we are spinning around the room. I'm
usually the one headed off on my own.
Here I am on my tippy toes. That's one thing
I definitely learned from watching Mommie.
Lately, I've been a regular singing fool. If
you've got a mike, I've got a song for you.
It started at Sloshball and continued at our
favorite local restaurant and Thi's wedding.
Armed with my lime green purse and a fistful
of hard-earned cash, I've become quite the
power shopper. My favorite mall is Fashion
Island because it's outdoors and for some
reason that means I get to run around like a
rabid dog without mom and dad getting on my
case. Plus they have a great train ride and lots
of cool fountains. This time, we went with
Gramma and Big Al, who were in town for the
weekend.
Some of the kids get scared on the train but I
love it. I laugh just about the whole time.
Gramma hopped on the first ride
with me. We sat in the caboose.
My favorite ride at the park and
where Daddy likes to tickle me.
The next day we went to Flo Jo Park. Here I
am trying to stay a step ahead of Big Al.
Here I am running around with
my new pet, a blue doggy bag.
Folks, even at the playground, you need to stop
and smell the roses (or whatever this thing is).
Gramma tried to coax me down the slide but I
kept her waiting with a little song and dance.
Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
Well, that's it for this month. Next month
we'll have some lovely Turkey Day pics and
then it's on to the big one--Christmas!! I
talked to Santa at the mall and told him that I
wanted him and cookies for Christmas. I'm
pretty sure he's going to swing by the house.
Well, have a great holiday everyone!!
Here I am putting on a scary face at
the mall with the Gramma & Al.
