Another day, another trip to Disneyland. I'm just
now finally starting to enjoy the rides. But I'm still
not sure what I think about this overgrown duck.
Here I am with mom enjoying the musical stylings
of the Enchanted Tiki Room. Apparently this is
Dad's favorite spot because can get some sleep.
I'm becoming quite the walker...which means I'm
trying to run. I do whatever my sister does. She
sings, I sing. She cries, I cry. She sprints, I sprint.
Now isn't that cute...a hot mom with her two lovely
children..walking off into another California
sunset...to stock up on churros and corn dogs.
Sean and T had us over for enchiladas and frozen
margs (note to Child Services, I was not offered
any frozen margs). We had a blast that night.
Josh, Cade, Zoe and I ran around like wild wolves--
from one room to the other and back again. We
even dragged around a noise-making toy.
I wasn't quite as fast as the other kids, so while
they were off tearing it up in one of the other
rooms, I'd do a little shadow dancing for the folks.
Somehow, dad was actually able to
convince us to stop moving long
enough to take a group pumpkin shot.
One night, we met some friends and went out for
pumpkin-fest 2003, which means a nice Ruby's
dinner and a visit at Pumpkin City in Laguna Hills.
Now that I'm a big boy, I like to go on the rides.
That's me and mom chillin' like villains on the
pumpkin train. I had a great time that night.
Zoe and I playing with the cool new train station
that mom snagged for me. It makes all sorts of
noises when you move the little train on the track.
After a while, I let her take over so that I could kick
back and watch the action with a little milky. Zoe's
a great sister--she's really showing me the ropes.
The week before Halloween, we were off to
another pumpkin patch--this time the one right by
our house with games and cut-out ghosts.
Next to me is my good pal, Zobo. We picked out a
gigantic pumpkin and some baby pumpkins. Then
we jumped in a bouncy house for a little while.
One day at school, dad
came and helped me carve
a pumpkin. Here we are
displaying our lovely
creation. We had a great
time together.
I had never seen anyone carve a pumpkin, so I
was a little thrown off by all the pumpkin carvers.
But grabbing the yucky seeds sure was lots of fun.
Here's a nice close-up of my very first pumpkin. I
thought we did a pretty good job making a really
scary pumpkin. And it had no teeth--just like me.
After we finished up carving pumpkins, I wanted to
show dad some of the fun toys I like to play with at
school. Check out my signature hair curl in back.
Then we gathered around Miss Beth to sing some
catchy pumpkin tunes. I wanted to have a front
row seat, so I let daddy wait for me in the back row.
No pumpkin festival would be complete without a
nice round of milk and cookies for all of us kids.
I nibbled on mine for little bit and then I fired down
several big gulps of milky. Now that's good stuff.
Here I am eating a cookie and trying to figure out
why all these people are here looking at us.
"Uh Oh" is my new favorite phrase and that's what I
said when one of my cookies fell down into my seat.
Here I am with Zoe (the chicken) greeting some
trick-or-treaters who came to our door. I really
wanted to go all around the neighborhood but it
was pretty cold that night.
Finally, Halloween. I was a fire boy.
Well, that's it for my
exciting month of
Halloween action.
Thanksgiving is right
around the corner and
then you-know-who
will be sliding down my
chimney. It's gonna be
great. See you soon.
