Month 14
September 2003
Now that I can get around pretty well, I love to go
to the park.  Here I am at a park with my sister.  She
does a great job of showing me what to do there.
Here are my proud parents, watching intently, as I
gracefully manage the jungle gym like a pro.  "Hey
mom, I think I can fly from the top of this tower!!"
Sand is a big winner in the Jacobin house.  I can sit
for hours (OK, minutes) grabbing, throwing and
rubbing the stuff.  Then I take it home in my shoes.
Here I am taking a break to ponder the reality of my
nice little life.  Six square meals a day, constant
hugs and milk, naps galore--it's good to be me.
"C'mon mom, send me down by myself--I can do it."
"Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!  I told you I could do it!!"
You may be wondering why pink is the background
color for this month.  Well, it's true folks--despite
my macho Italian heritage, I have a thing for all
things sparkly (aka "Zoe Clothes").  I guess this is
what happens when your only role model is a 4
year old Amanda Bynes wannabe.
Thankfully, dad has chosen to  document this
amusing behavior without revealing my full blown
array of hairband, crown and disney dress
experimentation. Thanks Pops--when I'm 11, I'll buy
you a Heineken or a shotgun or something to
make up for all this.  Be strong.
"C'mon dad, I thought you were
only going to show one of these
pics.  Hey, it's not my fault that
the green apple skin bars are so
shiny...or that the citrus zest
cream is so creamy.  Hey, Zoe,
can I borrow your necklace for a
few minutes while I shop for nail
polish?"

See you next month,
friends...dad and I are headed
out to the Tonka store.
