AFC Title Game
Denver vs. Pittsburgh 1/06
Traveling on game day meant getting up at 3am to catch a
flight from LAX  at 6:20.  Needless to say, Flip was very tired.
We landed at 9:40 and were en route to the stadium by 9:55
courtesy of this familiar looking cabbie named Diamond Jim.
We arrived at Mile High Station by 10:30, where we were
joined by some friends.  Here are Dean and his friend Toni.
And here's flip with Dave Osse--who was already licking his
fingers at the prospect of seeing the Broncos win the title.
Here's Dave's other half--the spark plug of all spark plugs--
Katie Osse.  She stole those glasses off a drunk Mayan in 1984.
Here's Flip inside the stadium, ready to take in her first
Broncos game in Denver.  We got lucky with warm weather.

This is the same Bucky Bronco from Mile High.
The Broncos enter the stadium as The fans go absolutely wild.
Big Ben readies himself for a game that
would prove he's going to be a great one.

Mike Shanahan walks along the sidelines hoping for a rebound.
Pittsburgh pretty much dominated the first half, but Jake
tried to get us back into the mix with 3rd quarter touchdowns.
The Broncos fans started the game by telling this guy to sit
down.  Needless to say, he never really sat down or shut up.

The endzone, as a Broncos fan recalls the days we had a great #7.
With the game clock ticking down toward zero, The Steelers
storm onto the field--led by Bill Cower, a guy who's long overdue.
