Conked out in the car after a long
day at Disneyland. I'm going to
need my rest with my big 10th
birthday coming up in just a
couple of days. See ya then.

Zoe's Quote of the Month
With the conclusion of her first decade of life in the books (literally passing as we write this section), I decide
to interview Zoe on this momentous occasion. We'll first start with a look back on some of her favorite things
at this point in her life and then move on to her hopes and dreams for the future.
1. What do you consider the highlight of your first ten years? Zoe: The time that I got to hold a real dog.
2. What is the best meal you've had so far? Zoe: Ceasar Salad.
3. Who have been your very best friends? Zoe: Sydney, Hayley, Isbella and Jojo.
4. What is your favorite place to visit? Zoe: Maui.
5. What is the funniest thing that's happened to you? Zoe: One time I ate spaghetti at a restaurant and I got it all over my
body.
6. What is the best TV show you've seen so far? Zoe: I would say, "iCarly" because you can learn a lot of lessons about
life and that it's OK to make mistakes.
7. What is the best movie you've seen so far? Zoe: "Confessions of a Shopaholic" because it was funny and because I
just saw it today.
8. How would you describe your brother? Zoe: Cute, sensitive, very sporty, fast, sneaky, you never know what he's
going to do and soft.
9. How would you describe your mom? Zoe: Kind, smart, sometimes sleepy, pretty.
10. How would you describe your dad? Zoe: Sporty, smart, handsome, hilarious and has good taste.
11. Who is your favorite musical artist? Zoe: Demi Lavato.
12. If you could do anything for the day, what would it be? Zoe: Go shopping for a dog and get my nails done.
13. What do you think about moving on to middle school? Zoe: More homework, different types of classes and thinking
about my future.
14. What do you want to be when you grow up? Zoe: A grade school teacher.
15. What do you want to say to future adult Zoe? Zoe: You'll have many surprises, but you never know which type. So
have fun, be yourself and stay pretty.

Dad is always a fool on the Space Mountain ride.

Dad and me all set for our favorite ride--Thunder Mountain!!
This month, we got to visit an old friend,
the very old but very happy, Lu-Dog. Now a
ripe 86 in dog years, Lucie is still working
her special brand of magic, albeit a bit more
plump and quite a bit more grey. Although
we hadn't seen her in about 5 years, she
recognized us immediately. I was a little
scared to see her at first but I'm working
hard to get over my fear of dogs (since I
really want to have one of my own).
We're getting a lot of rain this year. And Dad lets us play in it!!
Chinese New Year at Mama Kwee's house was fun.
When it's nice out we ride our scooters and pogos.
