Now that I'm starting Kindergarten, I have to

Hey we've never done this before--going to the beach to have
a cookout. We had a lot of fun by the fire pit at Dana Point.

While Dad was at this year's Palooza, Mom let us get some
fancy face painting at a concert in Aliso. I was Spiderboy.

Zoe was some sort of Aztec princess. We have our moments but
overall, we're pretty good pals--I'm glad she's around to play with.

Somehow, years after it's heyday, Star Wars is the in thing.
Watching the crazy fire show at Lego Land.
I still get a kick out of the mini cities at Lego Land. Too cool.
Mom and I are still the best of friends--she thinks I'm a prince.

Nothing beats getting to stir the pancake batter.
Any time we spot a McDonald's or
Burger King with a play area, Zoe
and I beg and whine until we get to
go. Nothing beats a nice helping of
chicken nuggets combined with
