HeyRyan.com Month 49
August 2006
It's August--and that means it's time for my fourth
Birthday.  Here I am with my pal Daniel from school.
Although I have been taking swim lessons, I prefer
to ride inflatable animals in the water.
We had a blast at my party swimming around the
pool and playing games.  Even Sean got in the pool.
While us kids had fun in the pool, Gary and Milo
relaxed on dry land and compared gardening notes.
Once I got tired of the inflatable dragon, I moved on
to a other floating items.  Luckily I had a coach too.
Here I am acting brave by standing on the floating
ramp with my pal, Cassie.  I love playing in the pool.
Once we got out of the pool, it was time for cake.
While I waited for the big moment, I played cars.
Instead of the exptected four candles, I got one big
candle (which means the old man forgot candles).
That is one tasty cupcake.  You get the cake, you
get the icing, you get the sprinkles and a gummy.
Here's Dad bringing out the cupcakes for everyone
to enjoy.  I hope I have forearms like that someday!!
Cade takes another bite of his cherry and chocolate
cupcake.  He doesn't look like he likes it much.
And I don't know what Eva was so scared of that
day--maybe she was reacting to Cade's face.
Collin was at the party too.  He's finally starting to
seem more like a little boy these days.
And his sister Hayley wasn't about to miss out on a
swimming and cupcake party.
Here I am with my buddy...ok, my first-ever real, live
girlfriend, Nadia.  She kissed me & I told her I love her.
I also celebrated my birthday at school.
Zoe, Mom & Dad even came to join us.
Here I am with Zoe at the annual CU at Del Mar day
in San Diego.  We had a good time running around.
Another weekend, another birthday party.  Here I
am riding the carousel at Chucky Cheese's.
Every once in a while, we go to the regional park in
Laguna Niguel.  Here I am sprinting toward Dad.
One day we went down to San Clemente beach.  It's
really cool because it's right next to the train tracks.
Dad & I went to another Angels game and again
tried to catch some BP balls.  But no luck.
After we watched a few innings, we cruised over
to the Autry statue.  That's me hiding from Dad.
Surprise, it's me, Dad!!  OK, let's get some hot dogs!
I learned this move from my sister, Zoe.
It's been hot, so it was time to break
out the inflatables and hit the pool.
Zoe, wait for me--I've got enough inflatables to stay 3
feet above the water.  Let's hit the deep end, baby!!
Well, thanks for stopping by today--it's been a lot of fun.
Here I am at my friend Nathan's party, done up as a dog.
And my gal & me hanging out on one of the rides.
