It's finally starting to heat up
around here, which means it's
time to spend a little quality time
with Vlad and the boys. Dad's not
too sure about how they'll do this
season but at least we know the
Angels will have plenty of popcorn
and cotton candy on hand.
Mom and Dad took us to some sort of strange event at Soka
University by our house. I had to wade my way through a lot
of strange music and food to end up with this train painting.
With the sunshine finally kicking in, we've been hitting our
familiar spot at Laguna Beach. Here I am getting busy with sand
castle building next to Zoe's traditional seaweed contribution.
My new favorite sport is bowling. Here I am doing it "all by
myself" during one weekend when Mom and Zoe were up in
San Francisco with Cookie, Aunt Kristen, Kailey & Tasha.
After I run up to the line like Daddy, I stop to a complete halt
and then utilize my patented pendulum technique to get the
ball down the alley. With the right spin, it's pay dirt time!!
Mother's Day was interesting. We were all a little tired, there
were dogs everywhere and then Zoe left her breakfast on the
sidewalk as we made our way back to the car. Lovely.
But hey, that didn't stop us from clicking off this ever-so-cute
family pic, creating the carefully-crafted illusion that we were
having an absolute blast that day. Smile everyone!!
After a couple of train rides around the place, we took a break to
play at the playground for a while. Holy cow--it looks like I could
really use a haircut. I'm starting to look like a hippie.
With nothing to do but be dudes that
weekend, Dad took me to one of my
favorite spots on earth--the Train Park!!
Don't worry, we didn't play at the park too long before getting
back on the train. Here I am polishing off a chicken nugget
before hitting the train tracks one final time. See ya next month.
This is the largest popsicle I've ever had. Dad called it a
bomb-pop and I can see why--that thing left a trail of destruction
on the table, my clothes and in my hair. But it sure was yummy!
