HeyRyan.com Month 31
February 2005
It's February, so that means it's pretty much a month of Zoe
stuff. Here I am getting an autograph from Sleeping Beauty.
I really love Disneyland now.  I hit lots of rides, eat like a
little piggy (see above) and then beg to stay all night--Booyah!
Dad accidentally got me sherbert thinking it would not have
any dairy.  So I deftly negotiated this fine lollipop instead.
In what will go down as the shortest parade in Disney history,
I watched as about 8 characters whizzed by.  Quick but fun.
One Saturday, Dad took me to see something
really special--the Harlem Globetrotters.
When we got there, he hooked me up with all
sorts of gear, so I'd look like an insider.
Before the game started, I got pretty interested in a couple of
mascot clowns they had doing all sorts of funny stunts.
Then the lights went out and it was time for the dramatic
entrance of the world famous Trotters.  I was pretty excited.
The Trotters killed the Nationals and even found time to mix
in quite a few side shows.  Here they are busting into
"YMCA".
As soon as they hit the floor, they fired up the "magic circle"
to their theme song, "Sweet Georgia Brown".  Outstanding
stuff.
Finally, it was time for Zoe's birthday party.  This year it was
at a place called "Always Fun Bouncers"--catchy name, huh?
But once I got bored with those two games, it was time to
leach onto Mom and moan and groan.  Good times, my friend.
I avoided the bouncy houses like the plague
and opted instead for air hockey and foosball.
I'm still a little short for these games, but
Dad let me stand on the edge and play goalie.
I'll say goodbye for this month
with this lovely parting shot of
me honing my budding trotter
skills.  As a side note, this
little sequence actually ended
poorly (I had no idea that the
ball would bounce so fast...and
neither did my nose).

Thanks for stopping by.
