HeyRyan.com Month 111
October 2011
Dad talked me into going to Denver
for a weekend of grandparent visits
and a Broncos-Chargers game. Here
we are on the car rental bus at the
start of our trip.  We had a great time
being dudes together.
This game turned out to be
the one where Tim Tebow
took over as starter and
nearly brought the Broncos
back from 18 points down.
Tebowmania is born.
Dad bought me a yo-yo at the airport. I love this thing!
It was early October but really cold in Denver.  This is the 16th Street Mall.
Hey, look who's working at the Denver Visitor's Center--Papa Leo!!
He gave us some excellent travel advice and posed for pics.
Not to be out-done, Dad had to get a shot with me too.
Here are Papa's co-workers simulating a dinosaur attack. It was hilarious.
The it was off to visit critters with Cookie & Big Al.
We went into a green house filled with live butterflies. Kinda freaked me out.
Then it was on to Boulder where we found snow!!
We gathered up some snow and built this huge snowman.
Here's my cousin Phoebe at breakfast.  Man, I look huge next to her.
Here I am building a mini show fort.  I love snow so much.
Cookie & Al trying to stay warm while I go crazy for snow.
Down in Boulder, we took
a break to have some tea.
I actually like it.
The next morning we got up to meet Papa & Berta for breakfast downtown.
Then it was on to the game.  I thought the stadium looked pretty cool.
This was the first game as "Sports Authority Field".
Before kick-off we went down near the field to watch them warm up.
I ate a snow cone in 40 degree whether to prove I'm crazy in Denver too.
Here I am saying
good-bye for the month
from our neighborhood
pumpkin patch. See
you again soon.
